This International Women’s Day, Botanic Bar is bringing women together for an evening of connection, creativity, and celebration.

The night kicks off at 4PM with Speed Friending hosted by Melt — a relaxed, one-hour session designed to help you meet new people without the awkward small talk. You’ll rotate through small tables, play a few light games, and chat with other women looking to expand their circle.

Think easy introductions, plenty of laughs, and the kind of atmosphere where making new friends feels natural.

From 5PM, the evening shifts into a vibrant showcase of female creativity across the arts, hosted by Bizzi Body, featuring:

• Burlesque performance by Bizzi Body
• Dance performance by QUT RADS
• Drag shows by Vyse Versa and Wilhelmina Westwood

Then from 6PM, enjoy live music by Mums Cardigan, winners of Battle of the Bands 2025.

Come for the connections, stay for the performances, and celebrate an evening dedicated to women supporting women.
