Request Account Deletion

Looking for a faster way to delete your account?
1. Open the Melt app
2. Navigate to the Profile tab
3. Tap the Settings icon
4. Select Delete Account
5. Follow the Prompts

Alternatively, submit the form below to request account deletion – it may take up to 5 business days to take effect. You will need to confirm your identity via email before we delete your account. After this, your account and data will be permanently deleted, it cannot be undone.
